As of July 1st, the newly minted "Choose Life" license plates will be available for purchase throughout Virginia. The major problem with these vanity license plates is that each costs $25 and that money gets funneled directly through the state to crisis pregnany centers (CPCs) in Virginia.
There are currently more than 65 crisis pregnancy centers in the Commonwealth and many of them give women who are facing unintended pregnancies blatantly false and medically inaccurate information about abortion, fetal development, infertility, breast cancer, and contraception. State money should not be funding medically deceptive 'fake clinics.'
Help us match the $8,750 that will go to these 'fake clinics' on Day 1! We need to raise $8,750 by July 1st to show our legislators that Virginians will take a stand against state money being used to tell women medically inaccurate information about their reproductive health!
