Join NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia and the Virginia Pro-Choice Coalition in a location close to you on February 23 for our statewide Pro-Choice Day of Action -- or participate from home in this virtual lobby day!

• Learn about the issues we are facing and how to be an effective advocate on them
• Contact your Delegate and state Senator and ask them to vote against anti-choice legislation this session -- in person, by writing a letter or email, or by calling their office
  
• Participate in online outreach across social networks to publicize our issues and let politicians and the media know we are watching
• Write a letter-to-the-editor to your local paper
  
• Participate in local pro-choice "honk and waves"
  
• Host or attend a letter writing party to send notes to legislators
