Screening of 12th & Delaware
Wednesday, November 14, 2012, 6:30-9:00 p.m., Arlington, VA
Join NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia's League of Young Leaders (LoYL) young professionals group on Wednesday, November 14 for a screening of the acclaimed HBO documentary 12th & Delaware in Arlington. 12th & Delaware follows activity on a quiet street corner in Florida where a legitimate women's health clinic that provides abortion stands across from a so-called "crisis pregnancy center" (CPC). In this film, you get the rare opportunity to see firsthand how a CPC operates and how its tactics affect women. The film doesn't take a position on choice - it starts a conversation. Become a part of that dialogue by joining NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia Foundation, the League of Young Leaders and fellow pro-choice Virginians to discuss what’s really at stake for women who need to access family planning and abortion care throughout the nation and in Virginia.
