Anti-Choice "TRAP"

That was the message from pro-choice Delegate Charniele Herring, D-Alexandria, which was echoed by hundreds of pro-choice activists in Richmond this past Saturday.

NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia was proud to stand up with the nearly 400 hundred young activists, health-care providers, faith leaders, national women's health advocates and state elected officials to send a simple message to Gov. McDonnell – stop the war on Virginia women!

Please contact the governor today to tell him to reject new regulations that are harmful to abortion access for Virginia women.

Thanks to you, we are continuing to hold Gov. McDonnell accountable by asking him to reject politically motivated regulations on abortion providers that would be the most onerous restrictions in the country. These draft regulations have nothing to do with health and safety – and everything to do with imposing a backdoor ban on abortion access in Virginia by shutting down providers.

We need to continue reminding Gov. McDonnell, Attorney General Cuccinelli, and other anti-choice politicians the power of pro-choice Virginians!
