In his eight years in office, Del. Black relentlessly promoted dozens of pieces of legislation to attack reproductive rights and health care… including restrictions on young women's ability to access abortion care that he helped to make law.

He lost his bid for re-election in 2005… but this election season, Black's back! He's moved into a new state Senate district in Loudoun and Prince William Counties created by redistricting, and he's running for this open seat in order to go back to Richmond and continue his attack on choice.

And what's worse... he's not alone!
